Before you can shift how a leader or a team works, you need an accurate picture of how they're actually wired. We use the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment - individually and at team level - to give leaders and teams a precise, practical read on their default patterns, blind spots and triggers under pressure.
This isn't a personality quiz for its own sake. The assessment results feed directly into facilitated workshops where the team works through what their collective profile means for how they communicate, delegate, handle conflict and make decisions - so the insight turns into changed behaviour, not just a PDF nobody opens again.
