I'm a trainer, ICF-accredited leadership coach (PCC), advanced team coach (ACTC), and corporate consultant. The main focus of my work is helping people become more effective through the use of Transactional Analysis (TA) as an operating system for human interactions - a framework that has repeatedly shown it can drive positive behaviour change within organisations and with customers alike.

I teach people to consciously respond, rather than react, to the situations they face, whether with customers or internal stakeholders. I train leaders and teams to use emotional intelligence to manage situations effectively, for the best possible outcome for both parties.

I entertain. Training should be fun and informative, not hours of your life you'll never get back.

In my corporate days, I was Head of People and Development for Old Mutual iWyze and sat on the executive committee. I've trained and coached in companies including Henkel, TymeBank, AngloGold Ashanti, FNB, Momentum Group, MultiChoice, Nedbank, Sun International, Old Mutual Insure, iWyze, African Pride and Uber - so I understand the dynamics of different corporations, industries and outputs.

My passion is growing individuals and teams at every level to understand themselves and their environment better. Working across human resources, coaching, training, general management, media, sales, communications and employee engagement marketing has given me a deep understanding of an organisation and its complexities.

I focus on making people better - in business, in their careers, in front of their clients, and with their colleagues.
